well to answer the first question, the order is:
Best = r7 240
Middle = HD 6450
Worst = Geforce 210

Would need to take more time to look into if the r7 would work on your pc though

Hello... Here is the General Video card performance chart and you can make better decision with. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
What is your budget, Use, and prefered buying location?

For that system just get the cheapest of the three. My brother has a similar system and the fastest budget card it would support was technically a 5450. I dropped a 6450 in to test it, and while it worked there was a tiny perfomance gain not worth worrying about. I would get the 6450 because I've used it before, but the 210 is perfectly usable too.

While i agree that you shouldnt spend too much money on this system, dont buy the cheapest one... its worse than some of Intel's integrated graphics chips

The machine already has a 210, the question is whether to spend on an upgrade, its unlikely to boost it much although I do agree the 210 is not suited for games at all the 6450 wont give much more performance and the R7 will run into compatability issues with the PCI slot and will most likely bottleneck on modern games anyway

Fair enough, yeah i was under the impresssion he was attempting to get another 210 to *SLI* instead. But yeah for modern games to run smoothly and not look terrible then hes gunna need a new mobo, GPU and CPU

The 640 would be a sensible choice, it depends what you intend on doing with it really?
