Why my router does this?

My internet goes out every 60 min. almost exactly, then comes back after 1-2 seconds. It's really annoying when playing video games. In the Event Viewer in Windows, there is nothing, but in the router's log, there is something like this every hour when the internet goes out and comes back: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=142s9pe&s=8#.VBxEfpR_uC0
I think it's something to do with the router settings, but I don't know how to manage to solve this by setting different things on the router's configuration page (if it can be solved by that way). My router is a ZTE ZXV10 H201L, this is how the configuration page looks like if it helps: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=9j1u7s&s=8#.VBxHGJR_uC0
Sorry, if I wrote something wrong, my english knowledge is not the best. Thank you for your future help!

Ok then it is an issue with the modem or with the ISP conneciton. Either way you will have to contact your ISP.

In regards to the earlier post about the two images showing fail, if you dont pay for or use VOIP or IPTV service with your Internet provider, then it is no suprise that the test shows fail.
This is a problem with your modem mantaining sync with your ISP.

It could be an issue with your filters.
Replace the modem filter for sure.
Unplug all other phone devices from the wall, if it still has the issue it is the modem or the ISP.
If the issue stopped then plug your devices back in one every few hours to see which filter is bad and causing the problem.

If everything works fine then it must have been the dsl modem filter that you already replace.

We don't have any modem filters, we have only 1 router, and the cable from the router goes to the wall, there are no other things. By the way if this says something the IP Diagnosis on the router's configuration page says "fail". Every other diagnoses are okay, they all say "pass". http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2z6750y&s=8#.VB2OipR_uC0

Some dsl modems have the filters built in, some dont. Either way you should have filters on all of the phones.

DSL works by using the unused frequency band on the phone line. The frequencies that the human ear can hear are only about 20% of what the phone line supports so the phone companies use the other 80% to send the internet on. Thus you use filters on the phones/modem so that the phone can not interfer with the dsl and vice versa.

Im not saying for certian that the filters are your issue, i woudl put it 40% chance its the filters, 60% chance it is the ISP. But for the sake of troubleshooting you want to first try what you can do yourself and for little to no money, which is changing out the filters/unplugng phones. You can likely just go to your ISPs building and they will just give you some filters.
