Hello,
I recently upgraded my RAM from 2 GB to 2x4 GB.
I decided to install a 64-bit OS (I'm using Win 8.1 32-bit ATM).

I made a bootable DVD with win 8 installation but it just won't work.
I get to the loading screen with win 8 blue logo and after a while I receive the following message:
"your pc ran into a problem and needs to restart"

I tried to make a bootable USB, it didn't work as well.
I tried both USB and DVD on my laptop (Running win7 64-bit) and they worked as expected.

I ran a memory test and everything seem to be fine with the new memory.
The BIOS is upgraded to the latest version (F7).
I tried to make a bootable USB with win7 64-bit and the behavior is almost the same, I get stuck in the logo loading screen (No "blue screen" kind-of message though)

I just can't find what's wrong, I've been looking everywhere including similar threads and nothing seems to solve this problem.

Spec (Using Speccy):
CPU: Intel Core i3 530 @ 2.93GHz
RAM: 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz (which is weird... I bought 1600MHz and BIOS shows frequency correctly)
Mobo: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. H55M-S2H (Socket 1156)
Graphics: 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (Point of View)

Please advise,
Sazno

OK, I'm writing this in case anyone runs to a similar problem in the future.

I've been trying to install Ubuntu 32-bit to see if something similar happens.
I got some kind of a dump screen...

I've been suspecting the new memory modules from the beginning but this had raised my suspicions even more.
I tried memtest86 and it crashed after a few seconds of testing.

I wrote to Kingston, hoping they'll guide me how to assure this is a faulty memory or solve the problem.
