Both of these are decent card, but there are a few differences that make the Sapphire version slightly better. Does it really make that much of a difference?

It would help to understand the differences between these, because frankly I understand computers, how to put them together, but all the small percentages kinda goes through one ear and out the other. Normally I would pick the one with better specs, but between the two models I'm hoping to get some information on which one is the better purchase.
