friends i want a gfx under 3K (Rs 3000) which can handle about all latest games at low or medium settings.
i am a middle class boy so i can't stretch my budget. i want to buy this card from snapdeal.com or flipkart.com
my current spec is :
intel pentium dual core E5800 Processor
Intel integrated gfx on this chip GMA 4500 or G41 express chipset
having PCI-E 1.1 on my mobo 4Gb ram
Windows 8.1
i want a PCI-e gfx card (dedicated gfx card)
please reply me with a suitable answer.

Well, you want a suitable answer to an unclear question. You haven't told us what 3K is yet, and gfx is not very specific either (integrated or dedicated graphics?).

Avoid using acronyms and try to express anything as clearly as possible, please.
