Some laptops have the cpu soldered so it is unupgradeable.

Other laptops have a removable cpu in a socket, but the motherboards only support very specific cpus so you should consult the OEM.

You probably can, but unless you can find a thread or a youtube video of somebody doing it I wouldnt recommend it, laptops are a pain to get into and then there is the problem of if the CPU is socketed or soldered, whether the socket has been altered in some way so only OEM CPUs will fit it, and whether the BIOS will support any other CPUs. I've done a Dell laptop and the solution was to find the highest spec CPU that they sold that model with and fit that CPU into the machine, but even then its not guaranteed to work, plus the cost of mobile cpus isnt great. I'd advise selling it and buying a new machine second hand if you want a performance boost without spending too much money

Hi, your APU is solder directly on the motherboard, so, you can't replace it.
