Another 970 question lol.. Thinking about swapping my 780 Lightning for 2 GTX 970s in SLI. I play at 5760x1080 (3 monitors). I can return my 780 and pay like 180 bucks more for two 970s. I mostly play BF4. I have a 3930k cpu with 16gb ram and H100 liquid cooler and a CX750M psu. Good idea? Waste of money?

Good question.
I saw a GTX970 sli review and they were outstanding, even at high resolutions.

My only concern is any dual card issues.

If you are close to happy with your current GTX780, perhaps a single GTX980 with a factory overclock might be better.

Thanks for that link! I play at med settings no AA to get 60 FPS on a single 780. It could be better. I would like it to be better lol. I'm just thinking.. One 970 is supposedly better than one 780. I wanted another 780 later down the line anyways but this is a much better/affordable option but I hadnt found a site that had the test in SLI at 5760x1080 so I was wondering. Looks like a great idea now lol. Will I have to upgrade my PSU?

Either GTX980 or GTX970 needs only two 6 pin connectors
That is handled by a 500w psu for one card; your 750w psu should be fine for sli with either card.
