So if i sell my 770 for 280$ and get the 970$ for 320$ it will be worth but giving 500$ for 980 will be to much for me is there any sense in doing such a thing or the fps performance isn't huge?

More about : 980 970

The 980 is good for high resolutions of 4k, or you want the best quality you can get at 1080P. If none of these is you, then the GTX 970 is the way to go.

You know, instead of selling your gtx 770, you can get another one for the same price and have double the frame rate.

That's a computer graphics driver issue or a bottleneck. It isn't the graphics card itself that is doing only 45 fps. Can you tell me your PC specs?

No.I said it dips, the constant fps is like 70-80 but it dips and its annoying. That happens often even in games such as ac4 watch dogs even the witcher 3

What is your CPU? At that res most likely your dips come from CPU issues.
