AMD FX8350 Black Edition 8 Core Processor
Corsair Builder Series CXM 750W Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX/EPS PSU
Noctua NH-D15

So yesterday i found out my mobo supports 32gb of ram not 16gb of ram
i bought 2x4 and was going to get another 2x4 and max out at 16 gb of ram but it goes to 32gb so i wasted money on ram. can i sell that ram? what should i do with it?

But i have a problem i was going to buy a NZXT Source 530 to fit the noctua and the graphics card
but pc part picker said my motherboards top usb's arnt compatable something about a usb header and it also said my graphics card didn't fit so i have a couple of questions.

What graphics card should i get? r9 270 r9 270x r9 280 gtx 760
Link me a case that doesn't have that motherboard compatibility problem can fit any of those graphics cards and can fit a noctua thanks.

Pcpartpicker errors

NZXT Source 530 ATX Full Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers.

The NZXT Source 530 ATX Full Tower Case supports video cards up to 444mm long, but video cards over 282mm may block drive bays. Since the XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Black Edition Double Dissipation Video Card is 294mm long, some drive bays may not be usable.

Solution
NZXT Source 530 has a pivot fan in it. So with pivot fan and HDD Cage maximum length of graphics card is 282 mm. With pivot fan removed, maximum length allowed is 310 mm and with HDD cage removed, maximum length of graphics card is 444 mm.

So you can fit any graphics card in it.

None of these cards. Better grab GTX 970. Go for EVGA one. Hexun.net has published its review and it is impressive.
The reported incompatibility would be because this mobo does not have USB 3.0 headers on it. Whichever PC Case you will buy that has front panel USB ports would be reported as a note. However, pl be noted that there is as such no compatibility issue with this mobo, cooler and Case. Stick with NZXT 530.

I suggest you reconsider your plans.

1. Few games use more than 2-3 cores. Upgrading to a FX-8350 and 8 cores will not help much. You might be as well off to overclock your quad.

2. Games are built to use 2-3gb. Adding more will not hurt, but is probably not that helpful unless you are doing lots of multitasking.
If you are using windows 7 home premium, you max ram is 16gb. You would need pro or better or windows 8 to go more.

3. Any of the cards you listed would be a good graphics upgrade. Graphics is usually more important to the gamer than cpu. I suggest you buy a GTX970. At $325 it is a steal.
Your 500w psu will be sufficient.

4. I do like a cpu cooler upgrade. The ac 92mm fans are noisy and not very effective. Yes, the NH-D15 is a great cooler and it is LARGE. I do think it would fit in your current case.
Consider buying the cooler first and do a test fit.
Actually, I think a more modest Phanteks or noctua tower with a 140mm fan would do the job well and be a bit cheaper.

If you do want a new M-ATX case, I can recommend the Silverstone TJ08e or PS07.
I have built with both.
My TJ08E holds a GTX780 and a noctua NH-D14.
The PS07 will too.
