So I started getting this problem originally on windows 8 a couple of days back. I did the sfc /SCANNOW, aswell as the scheduled disccontroll, and even though it looked like it fixed the problem, it kept re-accuring after a while.
I installed a fresh version of windows 7, instead of 8 to hopefully fix any system files, seeing is how this is a kernel error. After reinstalling and getting the drivers up and running, same thing. SYSTEM_THREAD_NOT_HANDELED.

I downloaded the BlueScreenView to read the dumpfile, and what's causing the error is the file "ntoskrnl.exe" and something about "ntoskrnl.exe+6fc69".

I used the SeaTool to scan my hard drives, but they seem to be perfectly fine, according to the tests. I tried updating all my windows updates, and I thought it fixed the problem. I was wrong, as my computer froze, and when I tried to restart it, it froze on "starting windows". I booted in safemode and did another scheduled disccheck. I've now managed to boot in normal mode, but I'm still clueless as of what I should do to try and fix this.

I was thinking maybe uninstall my graphic card drivers (gtx 780 3gb), because I've heard there might be faulthy drivers causing the error.

I also read another thread (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1982448/ntoskrnl-exe-driver-bsod.html)

And this solved the problem for this individual, so I think I'll try that, even though its not the same ntoskrnl error.

I'm sorry if my imformation is scattered and acking, but if you need more details please ask for them :) I'm just clueless about what to do right now...

EDIT: I just finished running the Seagate Seatools test, and both the SSD with the OS stored on and the seagate 2TB are seemingly okay. After running the last scheduled system file fix in safe mode I haven't experienced any bluescreens. I will try and boot some games and see if I experience any freezes or such...
