I currently have these spec's.
CPU: Amd Phenom 9600
MOBO: M4A-78E
RAM: DDR2- 4gb Mushkin ram
Hard-Drive: 1tb Westren Digital gree
Windows: Windows 7
Graphic card: Asus 77701gb ddr5

Would these be a good upgrade? When I install these parts will I have to install win 7 on my hard-drive again? Will it just be plug in and start?

Your newegg links are just going to the home page. So I don't know what that option is.

But the Athlon 760K/MB/RAM combo will be a worthwhile improvement over the 1st gen Phenom: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-5.html
But I doubt you'll see too much gaming improvement as long as you have the HD 7770. I don't think the Phenom X4 9600 is bottlenecking the card.

If you can manage it, try to by RAM in MATCHING PAIRS for dual channel memory systems. Using dual channel mode will give you about a 10% performance gain over using only a single stick in single channel mode. Besides, later when you go to add a 2nd stick, you will need to find one identical to the first as to timing, voltage, speed...

I have the amd phenom 9600 and I get crap fps in minecraft .-. it's like 15-20 fps on lowest settings at places were there is allot of stuff :( But average on highest settings in single player is like 15 fps :c

Minecraft has very low requirements. Your system as-is should be plenty for that low-rez game: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/325948-minecraft-system-requirements

I would suspect issues elsewhere. Run CCleaner and do the Clean and Registry portions both. Maybe registry errors and software conflicts are holding you back: https://www.piriform.com/CCLEANER

Do you have a lot of stuff starting with Win? Check your TRAY for pgms that you can disable. Run them only as needed. Everything running in the background steals clock cycles, resources, and memory.

I have 300$ to spend I can buy the best graphic card! :D My monitor is 15" lol :p I have a 19" but I don't like the contrast. Thanks so much for helping me ! <3 xoxox All i'm afraid is that my cpu will bottle neck, because as of now when I play bf3 my gpu usage is never at 80% its allway's at 50 is never higher

Well, that sure sounds like CPU bottleneck, then. Kind of surprising with only an HD 7770. But I guess I can't argue with facts.
We better get started on wisely spending that $300. First... is this your exact motherboard?
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4A78E/
I'm particularly interested in knowing if it has the AM3/AM2+/AM2 socket as listed.
If so, this is the list of processors that your MB will accept: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4A78E/HelpDesk_CPU/

The bad news is that they are all obsolete now and can only be found used. The good news is that your MB is high quality and can handle any AMD Athlon, Athlon II, Phenom, Phenom II CPU up to 140W. Unless you want to have a new one one shipped from China, this is what you are looking at in the way of used Phenom II X4 and X6 processors in the 3GHz and faster category: http://www.ebay.com/sch/CPUs-Processors-/164/i.html?Processor%2520Manufacturer=AMD&Socket%2520Type=Socket%2520AM3&Processor%2520Type=Phenom%2520II&Number%2520of%2520Cores=4|6&LH_ItemCondition=3000&_dcat=164&Clock%2520Speed=3%2520GHz%2520%252D%25203%252E5%2520GHz
I would suggest buying from a buyer with lots of and good feed back.

After upgrading the CPU, we can determine if a faster card will be necessary. Btw... when I asked for the resolution of your monitor, I dind't mean the horz. size. I meant the number of pixels H x V. As in 1920x1080, 1368x768, 1280x720, etc.

That's pretty low resolution. I'm still shocked that your old CPU would be bottlenecking the HD 7770 at that rez.
Have you decided to upgrade the processor? Or try for a new MB/CPU combo?

If you want to go with the Amazon selection you have above, that will be a good choice for the money. But try for 2 x 4 GB instead of 1 x 8 GB memory.

But this would be a faster combo with more room for upgrading:

The thing is, I don't want to loose my data :c I have allot of games on my pc which took ages to download with my crappy internet :c And I have allot of work saved on my pc.

Well... there's a pretty good chance that if you upgrade the MB, you will have to re-install the OS... thus losing everything you have on the HDD. If they are all Steam games, there is a work-around though: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7418-YUBN-8129
Origin games can be moved in a slightly different manner: http://www.overclock.net/t/1222388/guide-moving-reinstalling-origin-and-games-without-re-downloading

I've done the Steam move, but not the Origin. Obviously you'd have to have a backup device large enough to hold all your previously downloaded games.

But gaming at the low resolution of 1280x1024 should not be a problem even for your old CPU and the gfx card you have. I can't figure out why you are having such bad framerates. Does this occur in single player mode too, or just when gaming online?

Single player too, the new update of minecraft boosted my fps and loading time while rendering by 30% But games like bf3 on everything low settings I get 20-40 fps :c I just want to play minecraft at 100 fps :C :c :c so sad :c

My card barely reaches 100% when I play bf3 or cod black ops, it stays at 20-40 % not even 50! Its not even constant 40% its jumps up and down every now and then

Wild fluctuation of GPU usage is normal. Scene detail changes from frame to frame. But is this during single player mode or multiplayer (online)?

If your card is near 100% in BF3 and COD BO, that is showing that the game is GPU dependent and your CPU is still able to get the max out of the card. It appears that when a game is more CPU dependent that you struggle.

It happens on both, (Single and Multiplayer)

OK. If it was just multiplayer, I would say that the CPU can't keep up with all the players on a busy server. But if it happens in single player (off-line) the same time in the same games, it is your CPU that is probably struggling. At least at those moments.

I won't discourage you from upgrading. You are still using pretty old tech for today's games. And the slow DDR2 memory is also dragging you down.
