what i said in the title, are there any other graphics cards that are around the same price as the Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card but will provide me with better fps on BF4 keeping in mind that this is the rest of my build:

the r9 290x is a wee bit more expensive but it will be better in bf4 ..you could consider it

No, better cards that get better fps are 780, 780ti, r9 290x and 970,980,r9 295 x 2, and none of them are close to the price of a 290
