my XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Double Dissipation makes a noise randomly it sounds like a high pitched dog whistle i have blown it out with a can of air no no avail i am positive that its making the noise because i put my ear right next to it to be sure im running dual monitors one through hdmi and the other through dvi. it hasnt always made that noise it has just started about a month ago ( built this comp july 14, 2014)
