7970 ghz not detected

Drivers installed, and everything but i just put a new psu after my other fried please help, when i plug my monitor to my 7970 no display "no signal". But i can only plug my hdmi into my motherboard and it uses "standard vga adapter". In my mobo bios its all selected to pcie for graphics out put...... it was all working before my psu dies litrally was gaming and it shuts down and would turn back on, but i knew that was the psu. So i sent it back and got another becouse it had 2 years warrenty.
Psu: powercool, model: PCB-750BKMOD i know its bad but its all i have!

Its entirely possible that when your PSU blew, it took out the card too. Try it in a different PC with a decent PSU. If you dont have access to one, well you are kinda out of luck.
