Is this setup good?

CPU and Mobo good, 4gb of ram is a little low.
That psu I have never heard of. You should really stick to a quality name brand PSU, espically when using a GPU that requires more power. Dont go cheap on the part that can fry everything else. A quality PSU will output the power it claims and has multiple over/under circuit protections to protect your equipment. Getting a high wattage PSU is not a substitute for getting a quality one.
