hi , i had a problem with gtx 690 for info

well i had to order arctic 690 TT , but when i saw many reviews , some are reporting that their 690 died from this cooler ! , i saw that story too

and wonder about last 2 answers is that really was the main issue ? if that how can i avoid that ? iam not have any idea about gpu system and cooler , please tell me what should i do to install it correctly ... thats the only video show how to install it

, even its bad as tutorial but no more -.- , just wondering what he did put on silver items is that was adhesive tape ?? or some thing came with cooler box .. also is that do stream between them to damage or what , i really not understand need an expert one or some one tried it to help me
