how can I fix my toshiba laptop

When opening my laptop it gives error message:0xc00000e9 then INFO:An unexpected I/O error has occurred .contact hardware manufacturer

Possibly a hard drive issue and has to be change, contact toshiba RMA if under warranty.
Could also be a mother board issue witch is costly to fix

tip: next time don't buy toshiba, get an Asus, msi or fujitsu (some model has 2- 3 years warranty)
