Radeon 7780 Graphics Card

Not sure if this HD 7780 card exists...
Do you mean the 7770 or the 7790 or the 7870?
The 7870 may be a bit large but 7770 and 7790 should be fine. The CX600m PSU should work with all the graphics card no issue.
The card length of the 7770 and 7790 will vary between different third party aftermarket cards. Shortest I can find was around 180mm and they may go up to around 230 mm in length. Make sure you have the slot next to the PCIe x16 slot free so you can insert the card into it.
The 7870 card is 260mm roughly though it will vary like I said earlier, depending on the third party aftermarket companies. Measure what the available room is in your desktop for the PCIe x16 lane and probably subtract about 10mm and that should be your safety margin.
