My problem
Pre-info:I recently got some new stuff for my PC, a case, 760t, a motherboard, and a cooler. Just to clarify all other components have worked in my old PC and the motherboard has worked.

My second graphics card isn't being picked up in device manager or ccc . I reinstalled all my drivers again and updated them. When I then looked in cpu-z and it still didn't turn up. So I gave up on that and over clocked my CPU a bit and it booted up after I did that and stress tested it, it worked. But then after installing the motherboard drivers it needed a reboot. And when I did it wouldnt boot. So I tried 3 different connectors into each graphics card. It still didn't work. Shall I just clear the CMOS or is there anything else I can do?
Thanks in advance

Solution
does it allow you to boot into safe mode? if so, maybe a driver that shouldn't be loaded needs to be uninstalled? if no beep, no display, then reset cmos (not a great sign). try only one video card plugged in. check power supply.
