internal HD that is outside of the chassis

im looking to increase the ammount of storage my desktop can hold and i was looking oneline and i found what looks like a computer case with 10 hard drive slots and power supply but it says motherboard does not fit in the case. http://www.servercase.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=E490&Category_Code=Disk+Array+Chassis
so how would you get to the data?

I do not want USB connected drives

No what you have found is a rackmount for network drives, NOT a PC case.

Thank you for the response however i did not say it was a pc case i said it looks like a pc case.

My question was if there are not guts to it besides a PS how can you connect into it if you can't add a motherboard. you can see the expansion card covers on the case. if not a mother board then what controls it?
