Hey Guys . i know Direct-X 12 is not supported by any game or hardware right now .

But i got few questions about it and other stuff .

1.Does AMD 290x support DirectX 12 ?

2.Will AMD 390x/GTX 980 support DirectX 12 ? ( i heard somewhere that it will be 11.3 and not 12 )

3.GTX 980 will be out in few months i guess . will AMD 390x come out around that time or it will come much later ?

4.whats the price difference between AMD 390x and 290x ?

More about : directx vga cards

NVidia and AMD already confirmed that both new cards and certain older cards will support DX12 through a driver update.

all hawaii and kepler architectures(and newer) fully support dx12, along with a host of advanced gl drivers that are yet to be implemented but invariably will be. the gtx980 is available for purchase right now. the 390x will likely have performance similar to the 980 and cost the same or slightly less than the 980 at the time of its release. there is no news or even rumors on when amd is likely to release the 390x.
