For the first time, I RMA'd a HDD to Newegg Canada.
How does this work exactly ? Will Newegg send me a replacement drive within a few days or is this going to take several weeks or months before I get a replacement ?
Would anyone be willing to share their experience when returning goods to Newegg ?
