Build list:
Intel Pentium g3258
Gigabyte z87x LGA 1150
2gb of 1333mhz g.skill
Corsair CX750M
Thermaltake Chaser 1

First off I have taken a year of computer system tech less then a year ago. I have everything connected properly and used static straps the whole process.

Issue system turns on doesn't post and turns off and repeats.

I have looked at the forums for trouble shooting and same issue! Removed the mobo and tested on the box with no avail!

Please help!

I would check the gigabyte site for this mobo. And see which version of the BIOS has to be on it for it to support that CPU.

Usually if someone builds a system (and they think they've done it correctly) and it doesnt go, one of the reasons (Why it wont go, is if the BIOS on the mobo doesnt support the CPU thats on it

I would also check that the ATX connections are in and the CPU fan is in.
