Well a 640 is a lower end card, BUT it could play those. Any of the others your mentioning (ones that are 9 year old parts) are way too old and don't support any MODERN Games. Basically, if you have a 9 year old card, then you play 9 year old games (ones from 2005) not modern games (2012, 2013, 2014), it isn't capable to play the games, the tech just doesn't work.
"some pc parts that you Americans, Chinese, koreans throw even if it's working "- Uhmmm you all are being mislead and let me explain a little okay so you have the right context. While you call get "some pc parts...working" that is a facade, because the hardware is only guaranteed for three years, then will 'die' at anytime after then, suddenly and without 'explanation'. The real scientific story is, as you push electricity over the parts, the diodes, circuits, resisters, etc. 'wear out' over time with the power pulsing through them. The 'harder' (like OverClocking) you force more electricity over the parts, the quicker they 'fail' repeatedly. Consumers going to the store don't expect 1 in every 4 things they buy to just 'die' when they first buy it (as in the case of the PH may be okay with), but if we kept these USED working parts laying around that or 'worse' (1 in every two electronics don't work) would happen.
So while it 'works' today, a week from now, month, 3 months just a year from now, will you have to buy another immediately because this is dead, YEP happens with those products. This of course the plain issue the hardware can't (as in YOUR CASE) support the software currently released,
