I just made a new computer and when I try to boot into windows 8.1 it crashes and white lines appears all over my monitor. I have checked the monitor with other computers and it works fine and I don't have the resources to try out a new gpu. I don't know if it could be a drivers problem or not but I can not tell because every time I try to log into my computer it crashes with the white lines going horizontal across my screen. Any help would be appreciated and I am hoping that I did not get a card that was DOA. I have a gtx 780 if that helps also.
