Same router and modem, new home... Disconnecting every few minutes.

So I've recently moved to a new home. I brought my same modem and router with me and moved my service here. I never had any issues at the old home. I'm not the most tech savvy but I understand a good bit. I currently work for a data outfit and pull and terminate a lot of cable. I checked the Coax out coming off the pole and followed it into the home and all looks good. All the connections are tight.

The modem gave me a solid connection earlier on a laptop but once I connect the router it all goes downhill. Every few minutes it cuts out and it doesn't seem like anything in particular is triggering it. I factory reset the router and setup my connection again. Hardwired or wireless it loses connection from the router. I have also reset the modem it makes no difference.

Here is the log I keep getting whenever the router loses connection.
