Alright so I decided I wanted to start gaming so I went ahead and bought a Rosewill RD 450-2DB to replace the 300 watt PSU in the 660 and also got a asus GTX550 ti and popped it into my computer. I get no display whatsoever and I'm starting to go crazy. There isn't much I can do in the BIOS cause its windows 8.1 and has that new UEFI and I have the most up to date one for my PC and yet everything I've tried wont help I still cant get any display I even tried using more than one monitor but nothing. Anybody have a clue to whats going on

check that you have all the power cables connected on the video card some of the 550 do have a 6 pin power plug. if there none make sure on the mb the 4/8 pin atx power plug is connected. on some intel pc with onboard video the onboard video may still be the main output. if it still on check in the bios that priamny display set to peg/pci and onboard video set to off.
