Using integrated video along with a video card on the ASUS Z97-A

Is there a way in the bios to enable on-board video along with my video card to make use of an additional monitor? I used to do it with my ASRock mobo. My new AMD Radeon R9 290 doesn't support VGA and so I was using the output from my old mobo for an old monitor along with the R9 290 for my main monitor. This was done in the bios but I can't figure the ASUS bios out. Thanks!

Solution
in the asus bios it under primany display settings. look for the line that says ipgpu or muilt monitor display. ipgpu should be set to on and muilt monitor should be set to on.

The R9 290 is one of the new cards that does not support vga through a simple adapter. I used to use an adapter with my old 5770 but it no longer works, they're phasing out support for vga now :(

Thanks, with your coaching I finally found the settings in the bios under

Advanced\system agent configuration\graphics configuration

I got the onboard video output going but my old monitor (vga w/adapter) still doesn't work with it although my new dvi-d monitor works fine. Maybe my $2 adapter is bad? I'll get another one and re-test.

Thanks!
