My problem starts with this, I have a laptop that is around 3 years old with windows 7 installed in it. I cannot get to reformat because of the "ctrl" key that was stuck in the keyboard, it shows me a command prompt that directs to the x: drive. I do not want to tear it up nor use any methods of disassembly. I have tried uninstalling the keyboard inside the windows but it's still working in the BIOS. Is there any way to disable it in BIOS?
