For some reason my pc has been having stutters on games, and it has some pretty good specs
i7 4790 processor
msi z97 g45 motherboard
msi gtx 770 graphics card
corsair 16g ram
And all of this hardware is brand new because i replaced everything trying to solve this issue but for some reason it is still present. It's not even on graphically intense games, left for dead 2 and CSGO are haveing major stutter issues, also non source games like skyrim and fallout are having these issues. In fact, just about every game has these problems now.
