I have a gigabyte 780ti and m12 evo 850.

When playing, it becomes very loud max temps for gpu is 68 @ 2k rpm. I dont know the temps on the psu but the fan is really loud. Well not that loud but still annoying.

Is this normal? Is there a way to adjust the psu fan rpm? Its blowing up but not hot air its just going crazy.

The mobo is z77 extreme 4. I have 2 intakes,2 inner, 3 exhaust

Well, Seasonic is, obviously, a very good, if not the best, PSU brand manufacturer, making high quality PSUs at all levels and outputs. That doesn't mean there can't be a problem with the unit though. It is normal for the fan to operate at a faster RPM the hotter it gets, however, it shouldn't be extremely loud. I'd go out on a limb and say that with a single 780ti the draw shouldn't be all that high, except maybe when stress testing, so it's likely there is a problem with the PSU and if it's still under warranty I'd suggest you RMA it and tell them it has abnormal fan behavior.
It really depends on what the ambient temp is. Since you can never get below ambient temps it can seriously affect things if the normal temp of your room is already fairly warm. There is no way to adjust the fan speed on the PSU. It has its own thermal sensors to control that. Perhaps your PSU is underpowered or not of high quality and cannot keep up with the GPU so it's running at max load most the time which would have the fan going beserk trying to keep the PSU cool. What is the brand and model number of the PSU?
