I upgraded my ram to much now I'm stuck

I'm stuck in an automatic repair loop and f11 isn't working! (It goes to a black screen and stays the same way for about an hour) its a windows 8 hp laptop I've tried everything I could think of! Please help me

Find the material that came with the laptop. Look for the HP CUSTOMER SUPPORT #. Call # and provide your make model. They will walk you through their steps to resolve your issues or issue a replacement system if there is a UNDER WARRANTY problem.
