I Am Using An AMD FX-8320 On My Mobo MSI B85M E45 With Corsair CX600 (PSU). My Question Is How Much Can I Overclock My Processor?

Do you need every core and do you have a REALLY good cooler? If your answers were no and yes, then the sky is basically the limit, assuming you only care about enough stability to show off your sick overclock. Otherwise, realistically, the overclocks I've heard on 8320s are usually in the low to mid 4Ghz range.

That's yours right? Anyway, to answer your original q, the 8320 can be OC'ed quite a bit. I've seen users who have claimed to OC it to the following speeds/voltages:

Pill Monster - 1.46v - 4.800GHz
DarkReign - 1.428v - 4.425GHz
Dcopeuk – 1.336v – 4.000GHz
Ultraex2003 – 1.576v – 5.009GHz

You will need a high-quality cpu cooler as well as a good chip (which is luck of the draw) in order to get epic OC speeds though.
