My system config is:
Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 @ 2.80GHz
RAM: DDR2 4GB
PSU: 400w
Windows 7 64-bit

Will a Radeon R7 250X be compatible with my computer. If not then which GPU i should buy.
I want to play game AC4, Crysis2, Battlefield, WatchDog etc..
My budget is about $120.

Thanks in Advance!

r7 260x. i don't even need to explain it to you. also, you'll have a bad time trying to watchdogs on a ddr2 4gb ram. 6gb is the minimum. don't even bother with 1080p.

-edit-
i will strongly suggest that you do a complete system overhaul. buy a cheap i3 + mobo and some nice 2x4gb ram as a baseline. the core 2 duo WAS cool, but not 2014 cool.

Yes it will be compatible you may get a bit of bottlenecking but still you can play at low to medium settings depending on the game and some game even at high like ac4 which my friends brother played with r7 250 at high settings turning down the antialising and got about 30 fps at 900p resolutions so you can expect much better results with r7 250x.

But try to upgrade your RAM to another 4 gb if possible of same latency and mhz.
