I had originally placed the CPU fan and radiator at the top of the Chassis but since that wouldn't allow me to put the top mesh filter back on the case (Storm scout II) so i took out the rear case fan and put the CPU fan and radiator there and placed the rear fan on the side of the case.

While i was replacing it, i didn't have a can of compressed air so i just used my hair Dryer on the cold setting, i don't know if thats what did it..

since plugging it all back in the PC won't start up at all. No lights. No spinning fans. the only thing that is happening is the keyboard lights for LckScr, caps lock and num lock just flash at like 10 second intervals.

I need help as soon as possible, Its not even 6 months old and i don't know whats going on.

CPU: Intel core i7 4770k
GPU: Radeon R9 270x OC edition
RAM: 8 GB kingston ram (single module)
PSU: 700W coolermaster
MOB: asrock B85M extreme 4
