Its not great but what is the rest of your system? How much are you paying?
It's not quite at the same level as the 240 but its a good entry card and should game quite well at 720P

Literally I'm running on a pretty poor backdated rig-> i3 540, HP MS 7613 mobo, 6670 ddr3 :(  Budget is around 60$
yes I'm doing 720p gaming. If r7 240 ddr5 is better than 6670 ddr5 and any way close to 7750, this should do the trick I guess. And r7 has also mantle, so it's a plus point I guess.

You may want to look at a second hand card instead :p  Find a good second hand card with warranty from somebody trustable. At that pricepoint second hand cards would benefit you MUCH more :)

r7 250 = hd 7750.
Minimum gaming card is r7 250x. ( X is important)

no becaue the card you have has more resources than the one you were looking at, and yeah as mentioned above maybe look for second hand, 5770 or 6770 will be better and around that much used perhaps a 550ti as well they all perform around the same and should be around the same price used. 7750 is a nice card too and it doesnt need a pcie connector
