HI,I the top row of desk top icons showing up while i am onmy home page it is faded but visible in
the back ground will send screen shot as soon as i figure out how to do it,thanks

That's normal in Windows 7 if you choose one of the "Aero Themes" in Personalisation options.

If you don't like it you can turn window transparency off whilst keeping the same colour scheme:

Alternatively, choose one of the "Basic and High Contrast Themes" which don't support transparency.
