I need answers to these questions please?

1. My ethernet splitter says its 100mbs max and my internet is way below that so i wont experience any slow down right?

2. What if i had 1 ethernet splitter on the other side of the room connected to 2 consoles then another ethernet wire all the way to the other side of the room with another ethernet splitter connected to 2 other PCs will that let me experience slowdowns? (you know two ethernet splitters connected?)

I think thats all I would like to know, thanks for replying or spending your time reading this.

What do you mean ethernet splitters. Are you talking about the wiring device that split pairs in a cable or are you talking about a electronic device that has power. A electronic device is called a switch and you can pretty much have as many of those as you like and they will have very little impact on your network. They will likely still all be faster than your internet connection.

i accidentally selected you as best answer.. i mean like i have 1 ethernet thingy on my wall and you power the device and put the ethernet wire in the device and you get 3 extra slots or so

That is likely a switch. You should have no issues connecting multiple switches and pc to whatever device you use. The 100m is per port so each device can have 100m. You generally only need to worry about the speeds of the ports if you are transferring data between machine inside the house like transferring large backup files between machines. For general internet it will make no difference. If you would have requirements to transfer large amounts of data between machines in your house you just have to buy 10/100/1000 switches instead.

Sorry, did not know they were called switches but that is what i meant.

-----------------------------------------------------Ethernet on the wall
--------------------------------------------------------------------- |
-------------------------------------------------------Ethernet switch
-----------------------------------------------------| -----------| ---|
---------------------------------Another Ethernet Switch-----The 2 Consoles
--------------------------------------|-------------------|
----------------------------The 2 PCs that im woried about

Im not sure if its me or you that not comprehending so i drew this :)
You see the internet thingys go through 2 ethernet switches before reaching the 2 PCs and i was wondering if it would cause noticeable slowdown or corruption with webpages?

No it will run fine. The only concern you would have is your 2 pc connected to the second switch would share a 100m cable back to the first switch.

If you feel for some reason that these 2 PC can use more than 100m then you would have to use faster switches. If all you are using is internet then unless you have more than 100m internet connection you will be limited by the speed of the internet connection.
