So I recently bought a cheap version of windows 7 off ebay and got duped as it didn't have a real product key, however I now have a non genuine version of windows on my pc. I continued to use my pc for a while without a genuine copy and now I'm worried about my pc locking up because of it. What I want to know is are there any good legal sites where I can buy just a real product key or will I have to reinstall a proper version of windows 7 again, because I don't really want to have to go through the trouble of moving all my files back into the new OS from windows.old

And due to the unknown nature of whatever you bought on ebay, a full reinstall with valid,legal media is recommended.
