I am looking to buy a graphic car

They are all board partners. They might factory overclock to different speeds, have different ports on the back and have different coolers on the cards. They are also different quality and will have different warranty's. As a general rule Asus, MSI, EVGA, Gigabyte, XFX and Sapphire (AMD only) are the most trusted with the best quality control.

Any of the brands listed above are fine. MSI is usually the quietest but both MSI and EVGA have released new coolers on the 900 series cards so I don't know which will be quieter. Also the fans on the Asus cooler on the 900 series don't start spinning till the card reaches 60C so it should be pretty quiet too. Generally i'd say pick the cheapest out of the above brands that suits your build. Then there are cards like the Asus Platinum Matrix edition which are higher quality, better overclocking cards, but they are usually quite a bit more expensive and you're better off getting the next tier of GPU than those cards unless you are a serious overclocker.
