Will a GTX 970 fit into this motherboard and case combination?

This was a question I've run by my friends plenty of times, but never did get a real answer.

I am currently looking into buying the 970, but do not know if it will fit.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-F2A75M-HD2 micro atx, and the case is a Rosewill R363-M-BK.

If it does not fit with this combination what decent (preferably low price) cases, and or motherboards, should I look into to replace the ones I have?

It will be fine with the motherboard. You would need a new PSU. I'm not sure if it will fit the case as there aren't any clearances listed for that case. You'd need to measure the space you have yourself. If you need a new case the Corsair 200R and 300R are very good cheap cases. XFX make good cheap PSU's.
