Arcsoft webcam companion disappeared from my laptop. I can't find it with devices and printers. It is an Asian model. I went to Sony Asian website, they have a list of drivers but this specific one is nowhere to be seen. Can you help, please ?

It's not listed under drivers on the Sony website because AWC is not a driver, it's an application.
If it's not available on the Sony website under "Applications", you'll have to buy it from Arcsoft here:
http://www.arcsoft.com/webcam-companion/

EDIT: just checked the Sony Asia downloads pages for your model, AWC is not listed in applications.
