i3-2100 sucks believe me, im using i3-2105 and know several other guys running i3-2100 dear lord its the shittiest most overpriced metal scraps on earth (maybe 2nd most overpriced metal scrap.. FX-9590 got even worse reputation) whatever you'll do, DON'T GET THAT I3!! It's the lowest branch i3 from 3 generations ago, don't expect to be gaming with it,even brand new 4th gen i3s have issues coping with modern games.. it's not really a gaming family. If I'd were you i'd get FX-6300 and wouldnt look back or care what some intel retailers say,THEIR CAKE IS A LIE!
GTX 550 Ti is slightly outdated but still decent mid-range Gcard, those games you mentioned should be working without flaws, 550W should be enough too.

Also go for slower 8GB RAM,nowdays 8GB is the standart,way better idea having 8GB 1600MHz rather than 4GB 3000MHz.

but i have seen gameplays on intel core i3 2100 that run ac3 at 30 fps.i am really tight on budget max is rs.25000 indian rupees i will buy the new rig in november i have mouse, keyboard, windows 7,moniter just need these.suggest me anything in this budget.thanks in advance

with the 750ti out the 650ti it older brother should be in your price range. if not look at the 260x cards. if money real tight look at toms low cost builds. they use the amd x760 cpu and or the newer g3258 cpu as entry level base system. with ether cpu when you have more money you can swap the cpu out for a better one.

they're lying, seriously i3-4360 wouldnt have issues with assasins creed 3,but i3-2100 will turn it into torture rather than entertainment.Unfortunately i3s are overpricked as fuck considering their measly dual cores, they do fare well in handful of light threaded titles due their single thread superiority, but 90% of modern games will be barely playable or unplayable at all with em. Go for FX-6300 if its all you can afford it will handle those games you mentioned without any issues. If you would have some larger budget you could go for FX-8320E or FX-8370E or i5-4460 or i5-4590 etc, those are all excellent gaming CPUs.

coming to lower end budget gaming, there's G3258 and 860K, they're both overclockable and certainly will be superior to that awful i3-2100.Don't forget the FX-6300 is also fully overclockable giving it even greater edge to the measly i3-2100,though even at stock clock it beats the shit out of that aged i3.
