switching router from cisco to netgear and its asking for static ip adress

I am switching routers from cisco to a netgear n 150 rangemax and it keeps asking me for my static ip address along with a few other things. how do I get these things so that I can run my new router?

Assuming that you are running windows search "cmd". Run it and type "ipconfig". The static ip is underneath Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection if your connection is wired and Wireless LAN Adapter Wireless Network Connection if it is wireless. Look for IPv4..... and it is that number. The other settings for switching should also be here.
