Anything you apply electricity to, be it for 3 seconds or 3 days, is going to heat up. That's just physics in action and nothing to worry about.

But i feekl my battery is deffective because when i my samsung galaxy s3 is on 98% battery life and i close all my application.. i cant use my phone in 4hrs and when i open it the 98% battery is become 90% and i use it as a text only.. and sometimes one text reduced 1% battery life..no wifi and pocket data open.. do you think i need to replace my battery?

Depends on the age. My cell phone (about three years old) used to be able to hold a charge with regular use for up to a week. Now I have to charge it every other day whether I use it or not.

Again, depending on how old it is, the battery just may be wearing down which is completely natural.

If it hasn't been plugged in for a while and it's still warm to the touch, then yes, there is probably something wrong with it and it should be looked at by a service professional.
