Please save my lan party - ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z, Socket-AM3+ can't boot FF code [Video]

Getting FF code

Specs: Windows 7
CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 eight-core
processor 4Ghz Ram: 8gb
Video card:Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z, Socket-AM3+

DRAM and VGA LED is flashing

Why won't it boot? used it at home and went to a lan party when it happened

FF= CPU error. Reseat the CPU. Don't forget to reapply the thermal paste.

Sometimes the latch is ALSO loose on the CPU , GOOD CALL ^

They wont take it back unless i know what is wrong with it... like is it the motherboard thats failing or the CPU? maybe the power supply?

Got it to work again
A simple screw that was to tight or something like that..
