PC reboots in a loop

Hi!
I am using
Mobo: DX58SO
Processor : core i7 970
6GB ram
128GB SSD

Problem seems to be with mobo,
My PC works fine but it have only one issue and its really big issue.
Some time my pc reboots/restarts on its own and continuosly rebooting irs self for 5 to 10 mins and it comes back to stable position.

I tried many things. Replaced my graphics card. Checked for damaged rams.
What shld I do.

try this turn the powersupply off and completely disconnect the computer from the power cord & wait for the 'stand-by' LED on the board to go dark, then after plugging it back in & trying to reboot it should come up without issue. If you are still having problems and cant fix the issue. I would sent my motherboard back if you still have warranty. Hope this helps

I am using cooler master cooler. Temps are under 50 usually..
I tested with cputemp.

Sir u might be right. But hw to know if psu is the issue here. I dont have any other system here to check this PSU with it.

I wanted to reply to both answers. But I dont know how to quote ur answer and give respose.
Plz also tell if it is right way to respond to answer. And plz also help me fix my pc. I can not afford a mistake to buy a new psu and problem exist in mobo. I want to be sure if problem is in mobo and there is no chance to fix it then I try to find and buy another mobo. Cuz here 1st gen mobos are really hard to find.
