Problems with Bluetooth

Hi

I have problems for make work bluetooth on my computer. In control panel don't show any bluetooth config so I can't configure it. In the oficial drivers website have some bluetooth driver for my laptop but any of this work for me, because are for brand laptop. I think is problem from windows from bluetooth module or something. How I can fix this? Thanks

This USB dongle don't have any software or anything is plug and play usb. I think the problem is from my windows don't detect properly bluetooth devices. Because when I plug in the device detect are another thing but not a bluetooth device. I have downloaded and installed the broadcom bluetooth driver and anything change

In devices and printer normally I have this without any USB bluetooth connected

and when I connect the USB bluetooth dongle show this

And if the PC have bluetooth installed normally when you right-click the pc show a bluetooth config tab, but i don't have that
