What's is the best 970 to overclock and game generally as there is not a lot of information about them

Or should I wait for a month and see

Too early to know yet, wait a month. If you must know now generally the evga (ACX cooler models), asus (STRIX Cooler) and gigabyte cards (Windforce) are good. The windforce cooler can dissipate a lot of heat
