Which one of these is best for modded skyrim?

So I have 3 system configs in my mind and im wondering which is best for modded skyrim (probably 100+ mods)

CPU: Intel i5 4440
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z87-DH3P
GFX: Nvidia gtx 970
PSU: BeQuiet 630w
Storage: 60gb ssd + 1tb hdd
(This is cheapest)

CPU: Intel i5 4460
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z87-DH3P
GFX: Nvidia gtx 970
PSU: BeQuiet 630w
Storage: 60gb ssd + 1Tb hdd
(This is slightly more)

CPU: Intel i5 4670k
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z87-DH3P
GFX: Nvidia gtx 970
PSU: BeQuiet 630w
Storage 120gb ssd + 1tb hdd
(This is the most expensive one)

I'm on a tight budget so I want to keep costs down, so I want to know which one would offer the best performance for the lower price, do I really need to get the higher end CPU or not? I'll be playing 1080p.

The best is usually the most expensive. If you have asked which one would be sufficient - the answer might have been different.

If you plot Intel processors on a graph showing price/performance, then in the Core i3 and Core i5 area up to the Core i7 I'd say the line is pretty straight, meaning that for each increase in price you get an equivalent increase in performance. It's only in the high-end with the Haswell-E series that the curve starts to show that for successive increases in performance, the cost is not linear

But I've probably tormented you enough.

There is a site, and I can't find it now, where they show what you can expect from games. Maybe one of the other contributors here can link you up - I got go do some chores.
